RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Please contact sales@rugbynow.com to request return instructions, and please have your order number handy.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion within 31-60 days from your purchase date. If your late return is accepted, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label, which must be used within 3 days of receipt. Please note that a returns shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid shipping label used.
Please note that we do not provide return labels for International orders, and customers must cover those shipping costs.
What items are eligible for returns?
Customized jerseys are made specifically to you, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hang tags. Items must not have been used, worn, or washed, and must be clean and in resalable condition.
Shipping charges: unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the item has been used.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued by us within 1 business day of us receiving your return.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3-5 business days.
Can I do an exchange?
We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you find something that is.
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items in new, unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please reach out to us anyway, we’ll review late exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a happy solution. We do not offer exchanges for any Customized products.
Items may only be exchanged for a different size of the same product. We aren’t able to exchange for a completely different product.
A limit of one (1) exchange transaction is permitted per original order. If you want to return the item after an exchange has been completed, your item will be subject to our return policy, as stated above.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the original item(s) back to us. After we receive the returned item, we will ship out your new product at no additional shipping charge to you. You will be notified via email when your new item is on its way.
A note on High-Demand Items: our products are popular and can sell out quickly! We do not “hold” or “reserve” items when an exchange is initiated. If you’re worried about a low-stock item selling out, we highly recommend placing a new order for the size you need to make sure you get it. You can then send back your original item for a refund.
